You can easily make your return via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
The money-back guarantee only applies if the jewelry, clothing or bag is in its original condition at the time of return. Jewelry showing signs of wear, clothing/bag that is damaged or no longer has its tag will not be refunded. It must also be returned in its original pouch or box.
The bags in which the clothes are sent have a double sticky side to reuse the bag and thus avoid waste.
